The entire content of the website, including all of the jewellery designs, copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights contained therein, including the use of the name 'Anne Bailey Private Jeweller and hallmark ABPJ are the sole property of Private Jeweller Ltd. You are permitted to copy, transmit and to use such material only for the purpose of buying or ordering products from Private Jeweller Ltd, but you are not entitled to copy, reproduce, transmit, display in public, create derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploit such material. All intellectual property rights in the products belong to Private Jeweller Ltd

Products
We make every effort to give you an accurate description of our products on this website. Please note, however, that images may not be to scale and colours shown are as accurate as internet technology allows and will vary according to the settings on your individual computer.

The items on this site are a limited selection of designs by Private Jeweller Ltd and not all items may be available for purchase. Many of the designs on this website are bespoke pieces, and may not be available once they are sold. 

Export
For customers who are domiciled outside the EC (European Community) you may be able to claim back VAT on purchases. Private Jeweller Ltd will be able to advise you on your eligibility for this scheme. 

General
Whilst every care is taken to ensure the information on this site is accurate, there may be mistakes, inaccuracies or other errors in the information on this website. We do our upmost to update our site regularly.

In these Terms and Conditions ‘we‘ (or ‘us‘) means the owner (s) of Private Jeweller Ltd

Delivery
We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver goods or services within the times indicated. However, where delivery dates and times are given they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product, you can return the items to us within 7 days of delivery of order and we will be happy to refund. The goods must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

Bespoke jewellery pieces are made or customised especially for you and because of this these items cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

If you wish to return an item please email admin@annebailey.co.uk and we will send you the information you require to return your item(s).

Sales, Cancellation & Exchanges
We must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your payment has been authorised and stock is checked we will send you an email confirming your estimated delivery date. Please keep this for your records. We reserve the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.

If you have made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us. If your item is in stock and we despatch it quickly it may not be possible to stop your order, in those instances please follow the instructions under ‘Returns’. We cannot always exchange items if the new item you require is not in stock or unavailable. To exchange an item please return your item for a refund by following the instructions ‘Returns’, and meanwhile place another order for the item you require.

Disclaimer
We work to keep the site up to date but cannot guarantee that this site and its contents are completely free of technical errors, incorrect prices or information. By using this site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site. We are also not liable for any damages associated with use of this site however caused. If you are not satisfied with the site, then please email us with your comments. However, your only legal recourse is to stop using the site.

Customer Responsibility
We cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its goods to your particular country or location is permissible, so please be aware of your own geographic import restrictions.

This site and its contents will not constitute the basis for any contractual commitment between Anne Bailey Private Jeweller and any prospective customer in any jurisdiction in which the solicitation of interest or the offering of or sale of products by Anne Bailey Private Jeweller would contravene any applicable local, regional or national legislation. No prospective customer should seek to make any order through the site from jurisdictions in which it would be illegal for Anne Bailey Private Jeweller to sell products.

Local Governance
Your use of this site and any contract between you and Anne Bailey Private Jeweller for the sale of products shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable for these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.
